Clinical Coordinator - UW-LaCrosse, Radiation Therapy Program We are expanding and developing our program, and would love for you to join our team! The University
of Wisconsin- La Crosse, College of Science and Health, Radiation Therapy program seeks applicants for a new full time annual
appointment as a Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor/Clinical Coordinator to start March 1, 2012. The radiation therapy
program offers a Bachelor’s Degree in radiation therapy and is accredited by the JRCERT, has a perfect ARRT exam pass
rate, and enjoys exceptional teaching and clinical internship sites. The program is part of the Health Professions department
which includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physician Assistant, Medical Dosimetry, and Nuclear Medicine Technology
programs.
The primary responsibility of this position is to teach, provide student
advisement, and coordinate clinical internships sites for the radiation therapy program. Candidates with a baccalaureate degree
and a commitment to obtain a master’s degree within 4 years will be considered for this annual instructional academic
staff appointment. Applicants must be a registered radiation therapist. Successful candidates will have at least two years
of clinical experience with previous academic or clinical teaching experience. Excellent interpersonal and written communication
skills are required. Applicants with the ability to provide educational leadership, work in a team environment, and be an
example of professionalism to students are desired. Applications will continue to be accepted until the position is filled.
